After advising you on preparing your home for sale, analyzing market conditions and recommending a list price, and creating all of the promotional pieces, I then:

Negotiate the Contract
Understanding and vetting the buyer’s interests and their finances, suggesting terms and response for you, and preparing the contract.

Including timelines, terms, conditions; coordinating inspections and appraisal; work with title and escrow services.

Review title, coordinate conditions of closing, track buyer’s progress, review settlement statement.
