Why am I presenting this seminar?  As a Realtor, I, too get frustrated with all the  hype and misinformation out there that consumers are forced to sort through.  Buying a home is a complicated process, it’s an expensive purchase, and it’s definitely local (did you know purchasing a home in Pierce County differs in Thurston County?).

This seminar is meant to cut through all of that to give you the most accurate information to make the best decision for you and your family (not what’s best for your realtor or your lender!).  Even if you’ve purchased a home within the last 10 years, the overall process is generally the same but the details are significantly different due to all the constantly changing regulations.  I would love to work with you, but if not, I at least want you to have a clear understanding of what to expect so that you can be an informed buyer and have a successful home buying experience! I look forward to seeing you!
