June 2012 Indian Summer Golf & Country Club Real Estate Market Update
The Indian Summer Golf & Country Club neighborhood in Olympia, WA saw two single home sales in June, one townhome sale and one single family home pending (under contract). The two single family sales were two of the larger homes in Indian Summer – both over 3,100 square feet. Their sales prices averaged to be $497,250.
Inventory stayed the same with no new single family homes coming on the market.
More buyers and sellers are getting back to normal moves with trade-up and trade-down moves. We are at the lowest point in 2 ½ years for distressed (short-sale and bank-owned) homes sales, which is a good indication of moving in the right direction to a healthy and balanced market.
