I’m proud to say that this month, I’ve earned my CRS – Certified Residential Specialist!
Only 29,000 Realtors (3%) nationwide have earned this credential. In short, what this means is:
- home buyers and sellers can be assured that CRS Realtors subscribe to the strict Realtor code of ethics,
- have been trained to use the latest tactics and technologies, and
- are specialists in helping clients maximize profits and minimize costs when buying or selling a home.
As a Realtor, I am continually taking advanced classes to better serve my clients, and this designation is just another avenue where I have received top-notch education from industry leaders from around the country. So I’m done tooting my own horn but this truly is a designation I’m very proud of!
