Christmas Forest in Olympia WA 2013

Christmas Forest in Olympia WA 2013

From last year’s Christmas Forest

As of this writing, we haven’t even hit Halloween yet, however I am so excited for the 2013 Christmas Forest in Olympia WA at the Red Lion Hotel!  Each year, the decorated Christmas trees get better and better, and I can’t wait to see all the new ideas!

What:     Display of Christmas trees and wreaths

Where:  Red Lion Hotel, 2300 Evergreen Park Drive, Olympia WA

When:  Wednesday, December 4th through Sunday, December 8th, 2013 (see times below)

Tickets:  $6 for Adults, $1 for Children under 12

More information:  Call the Foundation at (360) 493-7981 or visit www.provforest.org.

This annual fundraising event by the Providence St. Peter Foundation showcases fully decorated and trimmed Christmas trees and wreaths, designed and created by Thurston County decorators.  Over the past 25 years, the Christmas Forest has generated significant funds to support charity care and fund life-saving medical equipment.

Providence St. Peter’s hospital in Olympia, WA is an outstanding medical facility serving Thurston County residents and surrounding counties.  This is a fundraising effort I support and that I look forward to every year.

I’m also proud to say that my brokerage, Coldwell Banker Evergreen Olympic Realty, has sponsored this event EVERY year.  Work from non-profits like this is important and valuable to the area residents, and is one of the many reasons Olympia is a great place to call home.
