About Francine Viola

Hi, I’m Francine Viola.  Thanks for taking the time to read my bio.  Here’s a little bit about me.

Most people, like maybe yourself, become buyers and sellers because of a significant life event. It might be a new job in another town, or you’ve outgrown your house, or maybe your house has outgrown you! Although moving to a new home can be exciting, it can also be daunting to make smart choices about complicated decisions in a short amount of time. This is where I’m here to help.

I’m proud to have served buyers and sellers from all around the country with the highest quality of real estate services.

What does this mean? Well, for me, it all starts with communication. Communication is so important to me that it is my #1 priority as your Realtor. And that’s also what my tagline means; I want to be “in tune” and understand the outcome you need. I’ll ask you a lot of questions, ask you for your feedback, and will check in with you on a schedule that works for you.

My real estate career started in 1993 as a real estate appraiser which led to opportunities in residential and commercial real estate. In January 2006, I joined Coldwell Banker Evergreen Olympic Realty, and have proudly represented this brokerage ever since.

When I’m not working with buyers and sellers, you can find me exploring the town with my camera in hand, capturing the beauty of the South Sound!

Designations

Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)
Buying or selling a home can seem like an overwhelming task. But the right REALTOR® can make the process easier – and more profitable.

A CRS, with years of experience and success, will help you make smart decisions in a fast-paced, complex and competitive marketplace.

To earn the CRS designation, REALTORS® must demonstrate outstanding professional achievements – including high-volume sales – and pursue advanced training in areas such as finance, marketing, and technology.  That’s why only 3% of REALTORS® are Certified Residential Specialists.

Real Estate Negotiation Expert Certification
The Real Estate Negotiation Expert certification is the first and only negotiation credential recognized by the National Association of REALTORS®.  It is designed to elevate and enhance negotiating skills to provide effective results for my clients.

e-Pro
This certification from the National Association of REALTORS® provides on-going training for the most advanced real estate technology to provide buyers and sellers with efficient and organized exceptional service.

Awards

Every year, I have been recognized on the local, national and international levels in Coldwell Banker for my sales achievements, however, the awards themselves are not important nor impressive. What I do value from these awards is what it took to earn them. Through my dedication to my career and my clients, I have been able to achieve consistent, annual top sales recognition.

The greatest award for me is the fact that my past clients have graciously referred their family, friends, and colleagues to me.

A Coldwell Banker REALTOR®

I am a REALTOR®. A REALTOR® is a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics. Not all licensed real estate agents are REALTORS®.

My geographic expertise is Thurston County, WA, which includes the cities of Olympia, Tumwater, Lacey, and Yelm. I work with both buyers and sellers throughout the county and can help you, too!
